The program of the 2nd IFCS World Agility Championship 2004
a) Kinds of program of individual competitions:
Other kinds of program might be included into the program of individual competitions by IFCS Council decision no less than a half year before starting of the Championship.
A country can enter on individual competitions with following number of sportsmen with dogs:
- Biathlon (agility-standard + jumping)
- All around (agility-standard + jumping + snooker + gamblers)
It is possible for sportsman to compete with two or more dogs in individual competitions but number of dogs in height classes should be no more than limited for corresponding categories of countries.
b) Kinds of program of national team competitions (for IFCS members only):
- IFCS members – 3 sportsmen with 3 dogs in each height class, i.e. 12 dogs from a country
- Organizations, which have IFCS official recognition – 2 sportsmen with 2 dogs in each height class, i.e. 8 dogs from a country
- Other countries – 1 sportsmen with 1 dog in each height class, i.e. 4 dogs from a country
One national team from a country - IFCS member can take part in competitions. National team includes 3 sportsmen with 3 dogs. National team is limited to two height classes of four height classes with corresponding heights of jumps established by the IFCS rules. At the same time both small division (toy class or mini class) and large division (medium class or maxi class) should be represented in national team.
- Triathlon (agility-standard + jumping + three-dog relay)
- two dogs of toy class and one dog of medium class
- two dogs of maxi class and one dog of mini class
- two dogs of maxi class and one dog of toy class
- two dogs of medium class and one dog of mini class
- two dogs of mini class and one dog of medium class
The committee for determination of a host-country of the 2nd IFCS WAC was created by IFCS Council decision
IFCS Vice President Kenneth Tatsch (USA) was approved the Chairman of Committee for determination of a host-country of the 2nd IFCS WAC.
The Chairman of the committee was commissioned to suggest list of the Committee members before April 30 on approval by the IFCS Council. Citizens of countries-candidates can not be included into the Committee.

Host country of the 2-nd IFCS WAC
What state will become a host country of the 2nd IFCS World Agility Championship in 2004?
Before the 30th of September 2002 the IFCS has received official applications, which concern intention to hold 2nd IFCS World Agility Championship in 2004, from two countries – Spain (represented by the Spanish Federation of Agility and Canine Education – FEAEC – President Luis Ciurana) and Ukraine (represented by the Ukrainian Federation of Sport with Dogs – UFSD – President Konstantin Binkovsky).
Spain and Ukraine were registered by the IFCS as countries – candidates for holding of the 2nd IFCS World Agility Championship in 2004.
A host country of the 2nd IFCS World Agility Championship will be determined by the IFCS special commission, which will be created by the IFCS Council decision.
The IFCS will announce Chairman and members of the IFCS special commission and also criterions of selection of a host country in the nearest future.

The Second World Agility Championship will be carried out in March-April of 2004.
IFCS members and countries, which have official recognition of IFCS, can send applications for organization of the WAC 2004 to IFCS Council. Deadline for applications is the 30th of September 2002.
Host country of the WAC 2004 will be determined on competitive base before the 31st of December 2002.
The WAC exercises: agility, jumping, snooker, gamblers and relay. The program of the WAC 2004 will be declared in nearest future.
The meeting of the leaders of the IFCS and national sport cynological organizations (Mar. 30, 2002) has established
that the Second World Agility Championship will be carried out in March-April of 2004. Deadline for applications from countries for organization of the Second World Agility Championship is the 30th of September 2002. A decision about host country for the Second World Agility Championship is planned to make before the 31st of December 2002.
The 2nd IFCS World Agility Championships was held in Valencia (Spain) on the 7th-9th of May 2004! Three top results of the Championships was published on the IFCS website.»
